Returns & Exchanges

At P.O.S.H., we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your P.O.S.H. account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
